Following Documents are required for Income Tax Returns for the FY 2021-22 for Salaried Persons

1. PAN Card
2. Aadhar Card
3. Mobile No linked with Aadhar Card
4. Form 16
5. Bank Statement or Bank Passbook (01-04-2021 to 31-03-2022)
6. Other Income details like Rent, FD Interest, Dividend etc.
7. If you are doing share trading/Investment then Capital Gain Statement (01-04-2021 to 31-03-2022) is required.
8. Investment details like
   i. PPF Contribution (if any)
   ii. Pension Contribution (if any)
   iii. Home Loan Statement (if any)
   iv. LIC (if any)
   v. Mediclaim Details (if any)
   vi. Donation (if any)
9. Any other document as you want to disclose in your ITR
